Hamid is a Chartered Principal Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design and analysis of high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and solar farm infrastructure. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in software development, he has led technical teams and developed automated tools that have improved engineering accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness across multiple major projects. Hamid has deep expertise in insulation coordination, electromagnetic analysis, lightning performance, EMTP simulations, and substation primary/secondary design. Known for his innovative approach and analytical rigour, he has delivered key contributions on landmark projects such as HumeLink, CopperString, Koodaideri, and Upper Tumut Switching Station.

Marlon is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in primary electrical design and earthing system engineering for high-voltage substations up to 500kV. With a strong foundation in plant layout, equipment specification, and CDEGS-based earthing design, he has led key design packages for major Australian projects including Humelink West, Western Power CEL-N, Uralla, and MacIntyre Wind Farm. His expertise extends to lightning protection, EMF and LFI assessments, and routine maintenance testing programs across both brownfield and greenfield settings. Marlon is known for his practical approach to problem-solving, in-depth technical knowledge, and ability to deliver reliable, standards-aligned outcomes across utility and renewable sectors.

Edward Vining is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and Partner at Enervia Engineering with over a decade of expertise in delivering complex, high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects across Australia. He has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the design and delivery of major Transmission Network Service Provider (TNSP) projects, including critical Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) developments such as CopperString, HumeLink, Kaban, and MacIntyre. Edward balances this transmission network experience with deep expertise in utility-scale renewable energy integration. He has steered the design of major Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including Collie, Western Downs, and Port Hedland, alongside significant solar installations like Mica Creek and Tailem Bend, and prominent wind farm developments.
